$95 first hour, materials plus 10 percent.

Finishing the mow season now. Fall cleanup is being quoted: $210 small / $320 medium / $480 large. Gutters before the freeze: $165 / $245 / $320.
Snow contracts are open. Two-inch trigger. Per-push $55 / $70 / $95, salt add-on $18 / $28 / $40. Seasonal $520 / $740 / $980, salt billed actual. Sign before the first storm.
If we have not walked your lot, we quote medium and tell you so.
